- Lifestyle medicine practice providing health evaluation and recommendation (labs and biomarkers)
Follow up 1/month - Nutrition counseling; plant base diet education, cooking demo, group grocery shopping outing, food/meal prep 2x/M
- Life coach support and education: accountability process 1/Wk, social activity (volunteering, social outing, gardening) daily synchronized meditation call 6 am
- Counseling: overall psychological and spiritual health eval, counseling 2x/M, and self-help education
- Exercise: evaluation, training 2-3/Wk, homework exercise
- Financial advice services: evaluate and assistance in reliving financial stress
